1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our total delivery time is 4 to 9 business days, which includes 1–2 business days for handling and 3–7 business days for transit. All processing and shipping occur Monday to Friday.
2. What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST (Toronto) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Echo Luxe offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
4. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier is automatically selected based on the shipping destination to ensure timely delivery.
5. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
Please check your address, all possible delivery locations around your home, and ask neighbors or household members. Then contact the courier using your tracking number. If your package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will reship or refund your order.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal.
7. What currency are payments processed in?
All payments on echo-luxe.com are processed in USD. Your bank may apply conversion rates if you pay in another currency.
8. What is your return window?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 7 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, as long as it has not been processed or shipped yet. Please contact our support team immediately.
