Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Refund & Return Policy

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

Customers must contact us at staff@echo-luxe.net to request return authorization and detailed instructions before sending any item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue

Based on your situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
