Lost Packages

Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Based on your situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Refund Process
